ISO Certification
In 2010 and 2014 CERTO and SAI GLOBAL awarded a certificate attesting that the DVS’s Quality Management System conforms to standards provided for in the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification (field of application Sector EA 37) for the following products/procedures/services: Planning and provision of university education course, permanent training and services to students (Three-Years Degree, Master's Degree and ECM courses).
Observations, complaints, positive remarks and proposals for improvement
In compliance with requirements provided for the award of ISO 9001:2015 certification concerning the Quality Management System, the Department of Veterinary Sciences has made a form available for collecting observations, complaints, positive remarks and proposals for improvements. The form can either be downloaded via the Department’s website or collected at the Teaching Secretariat/Student Services Office.
Once completed, the form must be submitted to qualita.dsv@unito.it
