Students' Administration Office

The Students' Administration Office is located in the grey building in Largo Paolo Braccini 2, Grugliasco.

Tel: +39 0116709900 - Students can get in touch with the Student's Offices of the University of Turin by calling the above telephone number; an operator will answer Monday through Friday, 9.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. When calling outside of office hours, an automatic message will play providing general information. 

Since 2016, the new help desk system dedicated to students and residents is active: it replaces the email support provided by the Student Office. All Student Offices will no longer respond to emails of enrolled students who are invited to use the above mentioned service.
The old email address of the Student Office ( will work exclusively for the University staff, as well as for external bodies and for all those who are not yet our students.

Opening hours:

  • Mondays, Fridays from 9,00 am to 11,00 am
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9,00 am to 11,00 am – from 13,30 to 15,00

Services offered

  • Enrolment;
  • Study plan (procedures and deadline for submission);
  • Transferring applications (either from other courses or universities), traineeship and graduation;
  • Disrupted studies, withdrawal and suspension;
  • Tax refunds applications (as provided for in the Taxes and Fees Regulation);
  • Requesting and collecting certificates;
  • Information on administrative deadlines;
  • Information on enrolment procedures, including exam recognition in case of students who have already earned a degree or transferring students (both Bachelor and Master students) from other degree courses;
  • Information on university fees (please check "Taxes" on and "Rules for entering data on contribution levels"); 
  • Application for lost academic records;
  • Application for diploma supplement;
  • Administrative information on student careers (how to take part in traineeship, disrupted studies/withdrawal, transfer credit evaluation, suspension of studies a) following the birth of a child, b) for study reasons or c) due to serious illness, transferring procedures, application for graduation, late payments, advice on student career, etc.)

Enter MyUniTO using your username and password to access the following services:

Admission test: for courses with limited places
Pre-enrolment procedures
Personal data: to modify data
Registration status: to check your university status and any registration that you have made over the years 

Student records: to view your student records, including exams completed
Study plan: to design and modify your study plan

Student office
Certificates: to view and print (.pdf format) the self-declaration of registration and enrolment with exams completed, and the self-declaration of graduation with exams completed. Requests for stamped certificates must be submitted to the Student office.
